Every order ships with a CoA, a MSDS, and an internal stability report as standard. Additional documents — such as a Certificate of Hong Kong Origin, CEPA, Free Sales Certificate, third-party certification or test reports, or organization authentications etc. — can be arranged on request for an additional fee.每張訂單均標準隨附分析證書（CoA）、安全資料表（MSDS）及內部穩定性報告。如有需要，我們亦可代辦香港產地來源證、CEPA 原產地證書、自由銷售證書（Free Sales Certificate）、第三方認證／檢測報告或機構認證文件等，惟須另行收費。

In-house formulas ship in 6–8 weeks from order confirmation. Our standard MOQ is 1,000 units per item per formula. For some private-label bases, we can be flexible if you order multiple SKUs together. Aqua (water) is the primary ingredient in most cosmetics/skincare products. To ensure absolute purity, Beautech utilizes a two-stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) system combined with eco-friendly Electro-De-Ionization (EDI) technology. By continuously removing trace ions, minerals, heavy metals and microbes, this system reliably produces ultra-pure water with ionic conductivity < 0.1 µS/cm (cosmetic GMP baseline: < 5.0 µS/cm). R&D charges collect after project confirmation; bulk orders are 50% advance, balance after production.合作流程分四步：初步了解及品牌定位、產品概念及配方範圍、商業及物流可行性評估、簽署 NDA 及簡報文件。研發費用於確認開發項目後收取；大批量訂單須預付 50% 訂金，餘款於生產完成後結清。
